  Cecelia is an excellent agent representing state farm. Rates are very competitive, service is outstanding and if you ever need to use your insurance "state farm is there"! If you don't know your agent, or don't know exactly what you policy covers, It would be in your best interest to go talk to someone in her office to make sure you have what you need and you're not overpaying for it!

  Cecelia and her crew are HANDS DOWN the BEST insurance agents I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I moved to Washington as a transplant, and was able to quickly find her for my insurance needs. She had a quote ready and was able to get me insurance ASAP, but also scheduled a meeting with me to follow up. I was entirely out of the loop about why someone needs insurance, and she took the time to personally explain insurance needs and requirements. We looked at my financials, and she went above and beyond and also helped explain retirement plans, saving options and the differences between Roth IRA and 401(k) and all of that good stuff. Being from Las Vegas, I was not used to the personalized business that Cecelia provided. It blew my mind. I also needed to add my younger sister and roommate to my policy, and Cecelia was so quick with providing a quote and getting me the best deal possible. Whenever I had random questions (literally about ANYTHING - ie car parts, other types of insurance, what to do if I hit a deer, etc.) she was always a phone call away. She is the epitome of the state farm commercials "Like a good neighbor, Cecelia is there!". Having returned to Las Vegas, I deeply miss her and her wonderful business. I have yet to find an insurance agent who takes the time, care, effort and personalized services into each client. If you are looking for insurance, or maybe are not thrilled with your current insurance, SWITCH NOW. I never knew what it felt like to be taken care of by an insurance agent, and she did that for me. You will not regret being insured by Cecelia, in fact, you will breathe a little easier and smile knowing someone who takes the utmost pride in their work is taking care of you!
